Another Sweet 16 card...

This is the year for Sweet 16 parties for my youngest son. He doesn't seem to mind that I like to make the cards that he'll give. Maybe he gets a little of the glory by association. Lol.

I wanted to give a kind of "glimmery party" look to this tri-shutter card so I used a glittery designer paper that has a large design repeat so no square is the same... I like that. I have a collection of My Favorite Things stamps which I find great for mixing and matching. (I've noted the sets used below.) An old Stampin Up number set added just the right sized numbers, too. Oh, and I left one panel blank to use for adding a personal note.

Supplies
Paper: Dress (Olivia Rose by Brenda Walton for K&Co), background (The Glitter Stack - DCWV)
Stamps: numbers (On the Edge Numbers by Stampin Up), all other images and sentiments (Who's that Birthday Girl, Time to Celebrate, Cheers, Birthday Girl- all My Favorite Things)
Ink: Tuxedo Black (Memento), Copic markers
Other: Stickles (Ranger), Gluedots

On Saturday I'm posting a cute address book that I made for Let's Get Peachy. Come check it out. I'll have a link to the Peachy site for my step-by-step instructions.

On Sunday, it's another tri-shutter card, so come back then, too!

Thanks for dropping by,

Cindy (aka Scrapcollectr)
