Friends with Flair under the wire....

Hello....

I had hoped to finish this card before heading out to Scrapbook Expo but you know what John Lennon said about life ("Life is what happens when you're busy making other plans.") The trackball on my phone completely froze making it impossible for me to connect with the people I planned to meet at the Expo. So off to the Verizon store I ran, expecting hours of waiting while the phone was repaired. But Verizon came through with a new trackball in record time, so it all worked out. One person I was rushing to meet up with is Nora Anne, another Unity follower and Ippity Chick that I've conversed with online but today finally got to meet in person. So fun to do that! I came away from Expo with the new Stamp Maker by Teresa Collins. I can't wait to make some photo stamps with it. I'll keep you posted on that!

Anyway, Unity's Friends With Flair.... just under the wire..... I used the frame from Picture Perfect, (Nov '10 KOTM) and the glamour girl from Just You (Mar '11 KOTM) for my take on the latest Unity KOTM Sketch Challenge. I have to say that the papers from the Botanical Stack by DCWV made this card a lot easier. I stamped the frame onto glittery paper so that it would look like a mirror and computer generated the sentiment and ran it through the word bubble die from My Favorite Things. Unity's got lot of sales and new product to show, so head on over to the website for a little look-see.

Thanks for dropping by. What's on Tap Tuesday is coming. Come show us your workspace!

Enjoy your weekend!
