WOYWW, WOTT, a Winner and a Wedding

Welcome to What's on Your Workspace Wednesday #101 and What's on Tap Tuesday #5... but before I get to the good stuff, I'd like to thank all the Let's Get Peachy blog hoppers this weekend. Hello to my new followers and I just want you to know that Random.org selected Emily Kincke's comment as the winner of the blog candy! Stick with me and I promise there will be more blog candy down the road. *smile*

My desk today is a hotbed of crafty goodness.

1. The USPS box is for the blog candy I have to mail out soon.

2. The "One Second" box on the left was found at Harmon's. It boasts needles that are easier to thread so there may be hope for hand stitching on projects yet! (As a matter of fact, I'm showcasing a layout with hand-stitching this Friday...)

3. I picked up the little card in the top left from street fair in NYC after my Mother's Day lunch. I was intrigued by this artist that explained how she creates etchings, acid washes them and then watercolors her images. I just had to have this one of the Flat Iron building in NYC because its one of my favorites. If you're intrigued by this, she told me her website is www.sohoetchings.com.

4. The coaster of Audrey Hepburn was from the same street fair. I love the image but I have to say, the idea seems easy to replicate with rub-ons, tiles and a little cork backing! Inspired?

5. There are two QuicKutz dies on the top left that I used on my card below.... you'll see. A real fine-motor experience but love the result.

6. The large Scrap Pad was discovered in my catacombs of crafty inventory. I love collage so it prompted the making of today's card. We have a wedding that we won't be able to go to but I wanted to make them a special card, so here it is... in all its tri-shutter splendor.

SUPPLIES: Stamps (Love Bug & Happy Everything by Unity and "Best Wishes" by Cavallini), Paper (Collage Collection Scrap Pad by Provo Craft and Not Quite Navy by Stampin Up), circle and scallop punches (SU), wedding dies (QuicKutz)

I hope you link up and show us What's on Tap on your craft space today. I'm shooting for posting earlier in the coming Tuesdays, so please bear with me! *smile*

Thanks!!!! I just saw that I won and I'm so excited!! I had a great time on the hop and look forward to more inspiration. Thanks again!

Also, that work space looks very familiar to mine, especially when I'm on a role. I like to keep everything neat enough and within reach.
