Hello!
Back from vacay and what did I do? Entered the H{ippity} Hop at the eleventh hour, of course! Lol. That's how craft-deprived I was. Couldn't wait to get back to the craft desk...
These beauties are from Ippity's Fishy Philosophy set. I knew right away that I wanted them to swim in and out of the seaweed in the ocean so I used acetate to accomplish that. I stamped the seaweed with StazOn, colored in the leaves with a Bic Mark-It marker in Key Lime, then paper pieced the fish. Two to swim under the acetate on cool water DP and one lovely to swim above it. I stamped more ocean plants on the front of the card with Versamark Dazzle in Champagne. I love this! My 2-year old grandson is a HUGE fan of Nemo and anytime he sees an orange fish he gets so excited!
