Happy Friends With Flair Friday, everyone!
I was so looking forward to the Sept KOTM because I wanted to do a musical chairs card with that cute stamp. I found birds in my various kits that wanted to play along (and could fit on the chairs!) Sadly, one owl didn't get to his chair on time so he lost out. This card is meant to CHAIR him up. So, Frugal tip # 35:Stretch your stamp stash by combining unrelated stamps for a fresh look.
