Another Lawnscaping Challenge card...

I almost posted this yesterday, but it would have made the post too long, so thanks for coming back (if you did.) Here's another card for the Lawnscaping Challenge #19. I waxed on about Lawn Fawn stamps yesterday and for good reason. They're cute and so easy to use. I'm getting to love clear stamps....

Today, I've used their Gnome Sweet Gnome set for my focal image and Quinn's ABCs for the sentiment. Again, the challenge sketch set the stage. Here are a couple of cool things this Crafty Frugalista wants to pass on to you today.

First, the insert in my new Lawn Fawn paper collection pack was too hard to resist, paper-wise, so I stamped my gnome with StazOn ink on one of the sample panels and fussy cut his outfit and hat for use on my card. (I used StazOn because the insert paper is glossy.)

Second, I also didn't want to bypass the little strip of patterned paper that gets cut off the bottom of each 12x12 sheet so I used it as a divider on my card. You wonder why my moniker is Scrapcollectr? Lol.

So, without further adieu, today's card. There's yesterday's heart die again and the LF papers add a sweetness to the scene. Don't cha love that paper flower? I picked it up in one of the aisles of my Michaels store... maybe the wedding decorations aisle....

Thanks for coming by. On Sunday, I'll finally be able to show you the card I made for my friend's Virtual Stamp Night at Splitcoast (she's hosting the challenge on Saturday at 8pm EST).

I agree Lawn Fawn stamps are adorable, I didn't know that had paper stacks. Your card turned out so cute!

Brilliant idea and cost saving by using the sample panel paper patterns as well! Thumb up for you!

Love, love, love that card! I don't know why but I think gnome's are just adorable, I could eat them up! lol
Anyways, I was going to pass on what I use those little strips of paper for...mini paper rosette's! They are the perfect size to make either two little ones or one bigger one. I stick a ribbon rose in the hanging hole punched by the paper peoples. I think there are some pics over on my blog...anyways, they perfectly coordinate with cards made from that paper stock! I'm snaggin' your idea for dividers, though, too! :)
